Mr. Qianjin Zhou

Jinqian Zhou is a partner and senior Vice President of Seentao Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, he is also the Dean of Seentao Innovation & Entrepreneurship School and Vice President of Seentao School Leader Joint Committee. He focuses on studying how institutions can foster individuals with quality education for job markets and with ability of entrepreneurship, and devotes himself to educating for reviving China.

Prof. Wanda Costen

Dean, Business School, MacEwan University

Wanda is currently a professor and executive director of the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the W.A. Franke College of Business at Northern Arizona University. She brings more than ten years of business management experience in sales, operations, and human services to her new position.

Wanda earned her Ph.D in sociology from Washington State University, an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. She completed her undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point. During the 2013/14 academic year, she served as a Fulbright Scholar with the University of the West Indies - Mona in Kingston, Jamaica.

Prof. Haifeng Yan

阎海峰,复旦大学管理学博士,现任华东理工大学商学院院长,教授、博士生导师,中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)创会会员暨2010年年会组委会委员,上海行为科学学会副会长,上海工程管理学会副理事长,上海管理科学学会常务理事,上海心理学会人力资源管理专业委员会副主任委员,中组部领导干部考试测评中心试题命制专家。

阎海峰教授在《组织管理研究》(Management and Organization Review)、《亚太管理期刊》(Asia Pacific Journal of Management)、《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》、《科研管理》等国内外学术期刊发表论文 20 余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项及上海市科委项目等 6 项,编写《组织行为学》、《管理学研究方法》、《国际商务研究(JIBS)优秀论文集萃:国际化情境下的组织管理研究》等学术专著 8 部。现担任《研究与发展管理》杂志编委。

阎海峰教授获得上海高校优秀教材二等奖 1 次(2007),三等奖 1 次(2003),曾获得上海市育才奖、上海高校优秀青年骨干教师、上海市浦江人才资助计划、徐汇区“光启杯” 十佳青年提名奖、华东理工大学优秀研究生指导教师、华东理工大学优秀专业研究生授课教师等奖励。

Prof. Elizabeth Davis

Dean, School of Management, USF

Dr. Elizabeth Davis, the first female Dean in the School of Management’s history, is an expert in strategic management, organizational dynamics, sustainability, and business policy. She has served as Dean of the College of Business at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, as Director of the Women’s Leadership Institute at George Washington University, and CEO and COO of the National Disease Research Interchange, a biomedical research and technology firm based in Philadelphia. Dr. Davis holds a BA in Sociology from Barnard College, Columbia, and a Ph.D. in Social Systems Sciences from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Prof. Changqi Wu

Professor Changqi Wu is the Director of Institute of the National High-Tech Industrial Zone Development Strategy, the Executive Director of Institute of International Business and Management and the Director of Guanghua-Cisco Leadership Institute, Peking University. Before joining Peking University, he was on the faculty of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for over ten years, and as a visiting scholar at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University (1997) and a visiting professor at the Catholic University of Leuven (1998) and the University of Hong Kong (2012-2015). Professor Wu holds a Bachelor of Economics from Shandong University, China (1982), and both a MBA (1986) and a Ph.D. (1990) from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.

William X. Wei is Professor and Associate Dean, Research and International at MacEwan University’s School of Business, co-supervisor of Master and PhD programs at China University of Petroleum, Yunshan Scholar at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, research associate at the Centre for China and Globalization, and Editor-in-Chief, Asia Pacific and Globalization Review. He has over 100 publications including journal articles, books, book chapters, business cases and conference proceedings, and was awarded distinguished scholar by the Academy For Global Business Advancement in 2012. Dr. Wei holds an MBA from Berlin University of Applied Sciences, an MA from Brandenburg Technical University, a PhD from University of Limerick in Ireland.

Roger Chen is a professor of Strategy and Innovation at School of Management of the University of San Francisco. He co-founded and served as the founding co-editor-in-Chief at the Journal of Asia Business Studies (JABS). 

His research focuses on corporate innovation, new business development, global strategy and competition with emphasis on China. He was a longtime consulting vice president at Silicon Valley Business Forum(SBF). From 1999 to 2001, he served as an advisor to the founding team of JKRen.com, a web portal company in Silicon Valley. From2003 to 2006, professor Chen co-founded and co-authored “Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist Confidence Analysis and Index”. Currently, he serves as a foreign expert advisor at the post-doctor research group of China Merchant Group (中国招商集团).

Zhao is deputy director of the office for the Scheme of International Cooperation on Renewable Energy and New Energy Sources, Ministry of Science and Technology and National Development and Reform Commission. He is credited with creating and building up the institutional mechanisms promoting soft science research. Bruce Robinson leads The Resilience Institute in Shanghai overseeing Leadership and Development training programs in Greater China, as well as providing executive coaching services. Bruce is also a Managing Director with Bluepeak Group, which provides financial advisory and strategic consulting services to companies looking to enter China. From 2005 to 2012, he was the Chief Representative of the Shanghai Representative Office and a Managing Director for Avenue Capital Group, a New York based private equity firm. Bruce has managed education, finance and healthcare related investments in China. Prior to moving to Shanghai in 2005, Bruce worked in investment banking in New York and Boston for Salomon Brothers, Citigroup and Banc of America Securities.

Bruce holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and is the former President of the Harvard Business School Club of Shanghai. He grew up in northern California and earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of California Berkeley. He continues to reside in Shanghai with his wife Tess Robinson and their three sons.

Her current research projects focus on business dynamics in the Asian Pacific Rim, Latin America, and emerging market economies, including China and India.
